Stuffing
« on: December 21, 2010, 06:38:21 PM »
I've never made (or even eaten) chestnut stuffing, but am in the mood to give it a whirl this Christmas. My only concern is that I might not like it, although I love chestnuts. I usually do sausage stuffing for my husband and ordinary sage and onion for me. So I'd probably swap the sage and onion for the chestnut stuffing. Or should I do all three kinds just in case?

Thoughts?

And does anyone have a killer chestnut stuffing recipe?
