Anyone in England on Entrepreneur Visa?

Greetings UK Yank Community!  I am hoping to come to live in the UK in a few years.  I have an entrepreneurial background and am considering coming under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.  I do know that I have to invest 200,000 pounds.  Is there anyone out there who has used this path to come to the UK?  Was it difficult / easy?  How about visa renewal?  Any suggestions?  Thanks so much for your time and consideration.

We may have had one or two on this board, but I can't really remember too many going this route.  It seems like 80% of the folks on this board are on spousal visas, then the rest of us are students or worker bees.  

However, it seems like a straightforward way to do it, if you've got the cash to stump up, as you either meet the points or you don't.
