Fluff Marshmallow on sale @ House of Fraser
« on: March 06, 2011, 11:15:35 AM »
Because I know some of you guys like this stuff...

Says it's £1.99 and only 14 jars left. Has a "collect in store" option which I'm assuming is the free alternative to shipping to your house.

You know what's funny, I was just talking about "fluffer-nutters" the other night with my DF and his family, to make them laugh about "silly American foods" I like  ;D I never thought I'd be able to find marshmallow fluff here, it's good to know that it's possible!  :o

There's a local deli that is on my way to work that sells fluff marshmallow too.  I see a big stack of it in their window nearly every day, but since it's not a national chain I didn't post it.  Still, maybe it is entering the British market!   :D

They used to have it at the bigger Tescos, but alas, I have not seen it there in a couple years. They sometimes have it at TK Maxx, too!

That is a good price for Fluff - that's usually what you can get it at TK Maxx for.

Persephone, you should post it anyway, you never know someone local may be jonesing for a fluffernutter!

Maybe I could get a good side business going sending it out to Americans in need.   ;)   ;D

I looked around in Morrison's yesterday but didn't see it there. I would've assumed it would be with the peanut butter and the jam if they'd had it. Oh well, I'll have to try next time I'm in TK Maxx then.

I've definitely never seen it in a mainstream supermarket here, just TK Maxx, selfridge's in Birmingham, and US import-type shops.

The TK Maxx by me did have quite a lot of US food last time I was in so you may luck out.

Do you not have a House of Fraser in your area? Because if you order it from their site and don't want to pay for delivery then you can have it shipped to your nearest store the next day for free.

I have seen it at, and bought it from, the really big Sainbury's.

There's one in the city centre here, also a TK Maxx so I suppose I could go to either one for it :)

There's an Asda not far from me too, I'll have to have a look there if I wander over there anytime soon :)

Wow, I've never seen it in my local one.  Whereabouts is it - in with peanut butter or desserts or what?
