Iowan moving to Scotland
« on: April 21, 2011, 04:32:19 AM »
Hey guys!

My name is Tori and I'm a 23-year-old Iowan starting Edinburgh Napier's MSc Publishing program this Sept. I first visited Scotland two years ago, and found that the people were some of the nicest I've ever met, and I'm excited to call it my home soon!

I'm so excited to have found this forum...looking at all of the backlogged posts has been soooo addicting, and it's making me even more antsy to move.

I'll start posting on other topics soon, just wanted to post a little "hello"!

-Tori

Hello!  I was born and raised in Des Moines, IA!  I live a little south of where you are moving but I love Edinburgh and we are thinking of going again for the second May bank holiday weekend!  Welcome aboard!!

Hello and welcome!  The people here are definitely great!  :)  I'm just outside Glasgow at the moment, but I'm about to move along the belt a bit, closer to Edinburgh.  I have to say that I'm very much looking forward to being able to spend more time there!  :)
