Facebook rant!

You used to be able to go to your friends list and it would list everyone that you had sent a friend request to (I think it said something like 'pending' or whatever next to their name...you could cancel the friend request from there).  I don't really know all the specifics on it or if it's even a feature at all anymore.

I just meant to check Facebook to see if she had sent you a request and the automated email had been the wrong one (obviously only relevant if you hadn't actually checked the facebook account).

Also it should have given you a notification on facebook saying 'suchandsuch accepted your friend request'.

I don't know anything about the find friends feature so maybe like pp mentioned above it had something to do with that.

There is a FB help thingy that might give you more info.

Find his fb profile page and on the bottom left hand corner hit block.  Blocking someone means they cannot try to contact you, friend you, etc..  You are invisible to them, so even if you post on a mutual friend's page, they cannot see your post/picture.

I made a legimate friend request to someone and she is not listed so I guess that feature doesn't work anymore.

I think I remember having some friend requests from a long time ago listed as pending for a long time, which I then deleted, so I thought if you ignore someone's request, they see it as pending forever.  I don't have anyone showing up as pending on my friends' list. I hope that's a good sign.
