I finally found a job!!!!!

Well, I've been searching since June and I FINALLY got a job today!!! The bad news is that it's just a little retail job on our high street. The good news is that it's a job. LOL.

I finally realized that while I was at uni I probably wouldn't find a "career" type job since my hours were limited, etc. and since we really desperately needed the second income, I went for a walk on Tuesday and picked up applications up and down the high street. I turned one in that night, interviewed this morning, and got the offer tonight! AND they're willing to work with my weird circumstances (student visa, soon to be FLR visa, wedding days off, school days off term time, etc.)

It's SUCH a load off of my mind!!!!  ;D

Good for you! I wish I could find something parttime that would work around my husbands work schedule. I do have a full time job at home taking care of four sons but I havent received a paycheck yet!
