Congratulations!!
When I got the call from the Consulate in Chicago that I'd have the visa the next day, I was overjoyed! I broke down into tears, it was a long (and expensive) proceedure but not nearly as hard as I anticipated. If you are well prepared, it's not too bad.
I waited for the FedEx guy like a hawk, literally I could not sit inside my apartment and wait. He rounded the corner in his truck, got out, and before he could talk I said "For apartment #6? " He was like, "It must be important" I snatched it up and opened it. It was better than Christmas!
