Shipping Company Recommendation

There always seems to be posts requesting recommendations for shippers so I thought I would relay my positive experiences with one.

Doris was referred to me by my pet movers on our way over a couple of years ago. We are now going back and I'm using her again. What I like about her is that she is up front about all costs, including potential additions. She lets you know about possible additional charges at the receiving end, and tells you what they are likely to be and why you may or may not be charged them. On the way over I was luckily not a victim of extra charges. She also takes the time to investigate the cheapest way to go. She looks into alternate ports and shipping/trucking options that can save money. She also guarantees you are only charged for the actual cubic feet of your shipment.   

She owns the business so you deal only with her. I have compared, and she does get you a good price, but mostly why I would recommend her, is that she is honest and upfront. After reading all of the horror stories posted regarding hidden and additional costs, and late deliveries, I find comfort in that.

Premier Worldwide just moved my things from California to London; and everything was professionally handled. Doris was brillliant and followed up on every question I had. The movers who arrived to pick up packed everything carefully - probably better than I would have. The quoted price was about 40% less than Sterling, and that was all I paid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 

This sounds like a good company. Do others have experiences with this same company or other ones?
