ACT Anticavity Fluoride Rinse? Or has anyone seen something like it?

Yes, out of all the questions I could possibly ask about the UK, I'm going to ask this first. It's important.  ;D

ACT isn't available in the UK? That makes me sad :-\\\\ Good to see there's an alternative!

Well now I have to ask, what is ACT and why is it so special? I'm guessing it's a mouthwash but why is it worth £5.37?

It's just an anticavity fluoride rinse. I have really soft teeth and despite brushing and flossing, I'd always have cavities when I went for my 6 month cleaning. My dentist recommended this to me and it really helps. Also, the cinnamon one tastes yummy.
