I had a Hello Kitty type passport holder a few years ago and every time I travelled they made me take it out of the case, get one if you want, but they will make you take it out. These days our family travels with a big leather travel case, holds money, passports (we need like 7 to travel) frequent flyer cards etc...

I have a passport case and wallet that block the RFID transmission.

Ya'll convinced me to buy one! lol.
I always have a tendency of losing my passport in my purse so even if I have to take it out of the case, it'll still be easier to find in the long run :)
