While a lot of sites offer information about visa requirements for bringing spouses and family BACK to live in the U.S ,bear in mind that some may not have been updated or offer conflicting and sometimes confusing information about whats required. There's been some major changes in U.S immigration policy following 9/11 and some sites don't reflect these changes. Below is the updated and current website for The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly known as I.N.S) which now falls under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security.
