What would you use for UK / US / etc. food flags?

Hmm, Canada, I would used cooked bacon for the sides and maple syrup for the leaf. Then you could eat it for breakfast.  ;D

For the UK, I might use strawberries for the St George's bit, and cream (as shown) but can't think of a UK blue food.
