ILR setm next week

hi all,wife's due to go for ILR setm next week,went through the form sunday,on the payments page..it asks for date of birth,is this my date of birth because i will be paying,or is it the wife's date of birth,the help guidence isnt much help,also in the guidence it says HOW CAN YOU PAY.....DEBIT card will be our payment option,but it only list Delta,Maestro ( including SOLO )....will take take Barclays Visa at PEO....thanks for any replies

I seem to recall facing a similar problem when we filled out my wife's ILR form.
