I can't believe it

I have wanted this for most of my life.

We arrived in England on Friday!

First I want to thank ehmygirl for picking us up and driving us all over whilst we were exhausted. Very kind person indeed!

I know it is early days but I am loving it so far! Now to get a nice home and carers.

Our kitty got here a day before us and is in a cattery near here. He was pretty frightened for about the first 48 hours but even then he was eating. drinking and using his tray so that was a great relief for me. Every day has seen him be more like himself. My husband gets to see him evach day and I did today. Today he got his purr back!

I have to say that the pet relocation company is top notch.

Even today, I feel more content and loving my town. Finally got to a pub for a midday bite and tea. Yum. They sell malt but I will wait for that when I am not rushed!

Tomorrow begins the house hunting with estate agents. I am feeling hopeful.

Oh, I want to say that the IO was very nice at the Manchester airport and I noticed the lady IO sitting next to him also had a pleasant disposition. The ones in London have always been nasty.
