I always bring back:

Clothes, Clothes & More Clothes
Crap from Targets $1 section (makes great gifts for kids)
DVD's for my husband
Tylenol PM
Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
Dunkin Donuts Coffee (my husband can't live without it and in the last 3 years, we haven't run out once!!!)
Crystal Light Iced Tea Mix
Fruit Juice Snacks for my son (they have Cars or Spongebob on them and they are an awesome bribe)
Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Hand Cream (its half the price in the states)
Swedish Fish
Peanut Butter M&M's
Cherry Twizzlers
Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips

TastyKakes.  More specifically, peanut butter kandy kakes. 

My aunt makes them from scratch in a jellypan and they taste just like tastykake. I'll try to wiggle the recipe out of her on Thanksgiving.

what's a jellypan?

It's basically a cookie sheet with higher sides, but not as high as a cake pan. I think it's also called a jelly roll?

I haven't been back in ages, but I plan to bring back kids' clothes and shoes and games/electronic stuff.

It's interesting reading others' lists - some of this stuff didn't even exist when I left, or I never noticed it, which is equally likely.

I don't know exactly what's in it, but it's a really nice seasoning... a mix of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, some herbs.

I bring back OTC medications from Canada, particularly pain killers and muscle relaxants. Though I rarely use them, I find them more effective than paracetamol.

I am also a triscuit and graham cracker kinda gal.
