Can I e-file?

I completed my taxes on-line through Turbo Tax.  In the past (while living in the US) I've always done an e-file but now living in the UK is this possible?  The software is giving it to me as an option but I want to confirm that both my 1040 and 2555 (I think that's all I needed) will be sent properly.
