I'm an addict and have been for years. It started with Thai curries and moved on to Indian. I admit I have to have curry at least once a week. I love the Sainsbury's brand madras and jalfrezi coz they are cheap and not afraid to be spicy.
But when I go out it is all about the spiciest lamb vindaloo or a sweet lentily dhansak. In fact, we're cooking up chicken jalfrezi for dinner tonight! Woo hoo!
One of my friends is going to try to drag some curry and naan recipies from his mom. Let's hope sh gives them up!
