How can I find good shoes here!?!?!?!

Mrs R- if you are still having trouble with blisters, Body Glide (don't worry, it's not rude! ) is great! I used to get them on the bottom of my arch, but not anymore. It goes on like solid deodorant (similar consistency). You can get it at running shops.

Thanks!  I have something like it that I picked up from Boots Chemist for use with my walking boots.  I haven't had any problems at all with these trainers though.
