Do any one know how long does it take to get back the UK passport?
I haven't apply but plan to apply some time this month for my baby.
Though I might have plan to travel some time this year.
How long did it took for you to get yours back?
=)

Depends upon the time of year!  The passport office gets busier just in advance of the holiday season.  My daughter's just done hers and got it back in a week.

A question about countersigned -- the form as for two photo's.
Do my husband sign both on the back of the photo?
Or
Do the countersign person sign both or just one?

I am confuse...

1. Do they really check who the counter sign person is?

2. Besides the name, what else do I need to write one back of photo 1 and photo 2?

3. Is it ok to use a different envelope to send the form because I don't want to fold the birth cert in half and use their envelope.

4. Do I have to provide them a envelope to return back to me?

Mail the form out along with birth cert but also was told to include my baby US passport since I wrote down she have another passport.  Am I'm suppose to add that along or was it a mistaken?
