Looks good, but don't really think you need the wedding photos. Also, is he accompanying you to the appointment? You wrote 'our appointment', so I assume he is? If so, the letter of support from him is not necessary - if he isn't - then you will need it.
Are all bank statements and documentation, etc originals or certified copies at least?
Just had an appointment last week at the PEO in Sheffield and I did what some others here have done - I provided all the necessary documents asked for in the application - but in my laptop bag had additional documents in case they asked for something 'extra'. It does give some peace of mind knowing you have additional documents if they should request them on the spot. I guess if there is anything on the application that you think may be questioned - bring any additional documentation to support it. Maybe put those pictures in the 'back-up' folder in case they ask, but I doubt they will.
I assume this the first marriage for the both of you? If so, then no need for divorce decree/absolutes or anything like that - just thought I'd mention it just in case.
BTW, we just made it under the 'old rules' last year and they questioned this due to my entrance date into the UK and the issued date on the visa. I said we applied before the new rules took affect and pointed to that 'extra' document I brought - the Worldbridge priority service receipt showing the date prior to 9th July, 2012. The case worker went away, came back a few minutes later and said we were correct and explained very politely why she was confused. I'm glad I brought that additional info in this case.
They do allow mobile phones, but ask that you turn them off and not use them whilst in the building. You can leave and use it outside, but that means you have to come back through security again and show your appointment print-out again, or your ticket/number issued to you upon arrival.
