Just received my Sockamajig. I bought a baby bunny in a pale blue sweater. It is so sweet and darling!  A friend of mine is due in a couple weeks. If he doesn't come soon, I might have to keep this for myself. :D  My dog, Lola, was also eyeing it up before I put it away. :D

Great work, Kerry. I'm sure I'll be ordering another one in the future.

I'm so glad you liked him! I do think the bunnies are my favourite to make at the moment. You better keep him away from Lola, or I'll need to make another one for you.

How did I not know this was a thing? How adorable! Wow. I now want a pig AND some sort of derpy looking cat. Hmmm. I have been very good about not buying random "things for baby". That may be about to end!

Hi Jenny,

I'm glad you like them. Let me know what you have in mind and I'd be happy to make them for you. You can either have a look at my Facebook page or just email me. My FB is www.facebook.com/Sockamajigs and my email, kerryhoare@googlemail.com. You'll need to explain what "derpy" looking might be ;).

Kerry x

Thanks Kerry! I will have a think. "Derpy" (at least in our house) means...sort of gormless? (This, for example, is George the meerkat, a toy I rescued from the Wild Animal Park in San Diego. He was hidden on the shelf because he looks slightly...off).

I just realised that it might sound like I was calling your lovely sock creations derpy. I totally wasn't! They are lovely.  I just have an affinity for...the slightly off and so was thinking of requesting a custom and slightly endearing odd one.  Your creations are absolutely amazing.

Hi Jennie,

I didn't think you were calling my Sockamajigs "derpy"! Funny. I like when people want me to create something I might not have thought of before. I've made two zombie Sockamajigs on request, and I wouldn't have dreamed of making them.

Let me know what you have in mind. I've even worked from a child's drawing to create a critter.

Kerry

ps Love George!
