Advisory: Family Track Minimum Income Threshold
« on: July 20, 2013, 07:57:54 AM »
On Transpondia's facebook page he posted some news about the Family Track Minimum Threshold as it relates to the 5/07/13 Judicial Review.

So the gist is that if an application fails solely on the basis that the income was not met, the application won't be issued with a refusal. Instead, it will be put on hold until the Home Office knows what they are doing in regards to the income threshold.

No one knows how long a decision will take from the HO on the income front, and whether the decision will be positive. But I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for everyone ;)

I'll try to link the other discussion that is on the boards about this.
August 2008 - Tier 4 - Student Visa
February 2010 - Tier 1 - PSW
January 2012 - FLR(M)
June 2014 - ILR (finally!)
