Homemade Mayonnaise
« on: June 14, 2013, 06:04:19 PM »
Inspired by an article in the Guardian Magazine from last week, I just made some for the first time, and it is DELICIOUS.  Never knew what I was missing!  Easy, too!

I love it and Aioli!

I've wanted some, but it will have to wait till the baby is born. I read an article in the New York Times that recommended adding a spoon of water to it, and I've had the perfect set since. Look that article up.

The store-bought stuff is fine, but home-made is against the rules since it uses raw eggs. I've had little one now though, so I can do either one!
