My landlord bought this one about a year ago: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4810447.htm

Dries a weeks worth of undies and socks and a couple of pairs of jeans in about an hour.

It does have an issue with if you've made it too hot (we share the dryer for all the flats in the house) - someone does a 2 hour dry that's unnecessary and you then put yours in, it will take 2 hours to dry, too  [smiley=behead.gif] (can you tell I have a selfish neighbour that does that?!). But that being said, I'm really happy with it.

Just don't get an Electrolux- it will both not dry and scorch in the same run/load! Most loads take 2-3 even 4 or 5 separate runs (4+ hours), it has been the worst dryer I've ever had.
And this is in the US! /grumble

9/11/2012 Husband mailed his US citizenship application.
9/17/2012 Received e-mail stating his application has been entered into the system.
9/22/2012 Hubby received letter with date for finger printing.
10/12/12 Hubby went for finger printing.
10/26/12 Dh got a letter stating when he should appear for his interview and test- 11/27/12- just a month away!!!
11/27/12 We went to dh's interview and test- he passed and we went back 4 hours later for the Oath Ceremony! 95 people from 38 countries, really pretty cool!
So he's now a US citizen!!
