Is Sheffield getting my emails? ???

Hey guys! So last night my husband and I got an email notifying us that a decision has been made on our visa. However, before they can ship our documents back they need our FedEx details. (We shipped it the wrong way with a weigh bill with our credit card details attached, which is no longer accepted). Anyhow, we received an email a week and a half ago when they first received our application stating that they needed our FedEx details. We responded immediately on both occasions, (the initial email and the "decision has been made" email) yet our tracking number has not registered. Are they getting our emails? Is there another way to contact them?

Hello!!! I am in the same boat! I send them an email twice regarding my fedex account and they are still asking for it. I asked my solicitor to contact them.....i guess i can always try to call them directly but there is no number to call....you cna always try to call worldbridge. Maybe they can send them an email in your behalf?

What e-mail address did they write you from? I just got my "Your application has been received..." message last Tuesday from an @fco.gov.uk address, which I think is different from the address they were sending mail from less recently...
