Serviced apartment

Does anyone have recommendations for  serviced apartments that are pet friendly? It needs to be on Bakerloo line or close to Waterloo station. I found only one so far, Citadines Trafalgar Square. If anyone stayed there before, please let me know what you think. Thanks.

I have stayed in serviced apartments while on a short holiday. First time in Liverpool and it was a dump and the second one was in Manchester and it was nice. Don't be fooled by the photos on line as both times it was nothing like what we were given.

After the first let down I checked (which I should have done with the first one) what was said about it on Tripadvisor and based my stay on what it said.
