all we needed was to be told she'd gone to hospital to have the baby and that should be it until said baby is born!

Actually, the only statement Buckingham Palace has made was the initial one early this morning, and I don't believe they plan to make another until it's born. So I'm not sure where all these other 'updates' are coming from!

In actual fact that isn't all sorted yet!

Some Commonwealth countries haven't ratified which could mean if this is a girl, that a future son is actually head of state for some countries, whilst the Queen of UK is head of state for others!

I didn't know that!

Employees of St. Mary's Hospital are being asked to respect her privacy, and and not talk about any of our patients, but I think it's okay for me to say that the place is HEAVING with police. It's quite the circus!  ;D

I was referring to all the speculation and comments on the news.

They mentioned it on the Andrew Marr Show yesterday

And just after you posted it, they were talking about it on Radio 4. I'm all caught up now!  :)

I thought for sure it was going to be a girl.
British Citizenship approval: May 2016

Well, she was an American girl, raised on promises.
She couldn't help thinking that there was a little more to life, somewhere else.
After all it was a great big world, with lots of places to run to.
And if she had to die trying she had one little promise she was gonna keep.

After suffering through the wedding hype while living over there, I am ever so thankful to be here now. It has been bad enough listening to it here. I suppose I see so much more the media could be covering, like ways to help all the children living in poverty, who go to bed hungry most nights.

Maybe I am in the minority, but I have never been star struck.
