Hi.
I'm going through a divorce and we've agreed that I can go back to the US with our children. He agreed to pay a monthly set amount in child maintenance but I don't want to have to pay charges every time I access the money. Any good bank accounts or other payment options to receive the child maintenance payment?

He might be able to set up payments with his bank account (my HSBC account allows this), make it part of the agreement that he pays the fees. ;)

When I got my divorce (all parties were in the US), it was written in the decree that he would be responsible for any fees involved in our child getting the support.  I would think something like that would include bank fees.
