How do i mail,ship,post my visa?

As my wife is now back in America and about to post her visa application to Sheffield here in the UK who can she use? ups, Fedex, DHL or does it have to be the USPS ?   

It can be any delivery service she wants to use, who will deliver the documents to the UK.

I would not recommend using USPS if she can help it, because it will take longer and it's more difficult to track.

If she can afford it, she would be best to use a fast FedEx, UPS or DHL service, so that the documents arrive in Sheffield quickly and they are tracked and signed for (especially as she may need to wait a few days/couple of weeks for confirmation of receipt by UKBA... at least if she tracks the package, she will definitely know that it has arrived).

She will also need to include a pre-paid, international return waybill/shipping document and suitable packaging... the delivery courier she uses should be able to sort this out for her.

As it turns out she just emailed me and has used FedEx with a tracking number, $300 to have it sent to UK and back to US. now we play the waiting game...

hey all, I read this with interest as we are having a real issue with this.  No problem sending the package from the US to UK but both Fedex and UPS have both said they cannot provide a prepaid international return shipping waybill as they have no way of calculating the charges from UK for it to be returned to the US. UPS also said they didn't use the waybill system anymore ... if this is the case, can anyone who has applied recently advise what they did in detail please so we can find a solution and explain what we need to UPS or FedEx who claim they cannot assist? thanks in advance!
