Although I am sure some of you already know about this organisation, I only joined in the last year and I love it so I am spreading the word.
This is a global expat community with groups pretty much everywhere (18 in the UK). It's for connecting and networking with other globally minded folk and they have events, clubs, forums etc to meet other members. The London group is VERY active and I have met some amazing people in the last few months. One of the goals of the group is that "no man stands alone" so their meetups are very friendly and it's easy to meet loads of other people who understand what it means to be an expat.
There is an application process (albeit very simple/straightforward) and I am happy to send an invite to anyone who wants one (just PM me your email address). Basic membership is free.
