Hi everyone,
We're a family of 5, kids ages 7,4, and 2. Our 2 year old has a heart condition so it restricts our movement a little but we were looking near Bristol (good heart hospital) but want to be out of the city (since we're escaping L.A,) and possibly near Steiner schools (Frome, Exeter, etc) Any advice?...and we'd prefer not to be the only mixed family if it's possible...

Hi

I see there's been no response so far!

however, with what you've mentioned, it's a little unclear what you are asking and also wanting.

The first thing is the child with a heart condition. It looks like you've found a hospital with the skills and experience to help look after him/her. You need to look at your financial situation and assess just how far or close you wish to live taking into account the aspect above and everything else. Will you have one or two cars for instance? no cars? what kind of property/house are you after? take a look at your finances and then the areas near to the hospital to see what suits you and your budget.

With the last aspect of your backgrounds being of mixed race, are you looking to be in an area with more of a demographic mix of various ethnicities? if so, perhaps take a look at areas and look for perhaps shops and community activities which would indicate an area of what you are looking for/prefer?

Cheers, DtM! West London & Slough UK!
