Unflavored gelatin?
« on: October 21, 2004, 10:05:05 PM »
Anyone know what i should look for?  Not Knox, of course but I only see flavored jelly mixes at the store.

I'd like unflavored so I can mix up apple juice, tinned pineapple for a sugar free jelly.

Thank you!

I also appreciated the Waitrose tip for tinned pumpkin...bought five tins today.

It is a Supercook label coloured orange/yellow box and is near the extracts in the Supermarket.  I found mine in Sainsbury's and it is the exact same pack size as the Knox product.  BTW, your recipe is great idea for a sugar free jelly, sounds yummy!  :D

Thanks so much for the Sainsbury's tip!  I went there and found the exact product and it worked great.  I never would have thought to look for it there.

Helps so much to have this message board! :)
