Just thought I'd let you all know that Camden Blues Kitchen is hosting a ribs festival every Monday night for the next two months. Up first is Prairie Fire BBQ, which makes excellent KC style BBQ (the owner is actually from KC, so he knows his stuff) this Monday (the 20th) from 7pm.
Personally, being from KC as well, I always try to go to whatever events Prairie Fire will be at since it really is excellent and tastes so much like home.
