Tier 1 Visa Expiring Soon

Hi everyone,

I currently have a Tier 1 Post Study Work Visa which expires soon. I intend to leave and go back to the US before the expiry date.

I'd like to come back in May for about a week or so. Do you think there'd be any problem at the border since I was formerly living here and not that much time has lapsed?

Nope, shouldn't be a problem.

As long as you can show that you are just visiting (short trip, return ticket, evidence of a job/home in the US to go back to, enough money for your trip), then there shouldn't be an issue.
