Glad you got the email :). Fingers crossed for good news :).

I emailed to them, and they have confirmed that visa was issued to me. I am so excited.

Yay - congratulations :D!!

I'm surprised they actually responded to your email though, as traditionally, they don't answer queries about visas at all, and you just have to wait to find out.

December 24, 2013 - Submitted application online
December 30, 2013 - Biometrics appointment
January 3, 2014 - FedExed out application and documents (headache)
January 6, 2014 - FedEx confirmation email package arrived
January 7, 2014 - UKBA email application arrived and is in priority Queue for processing
January 9, 2014 - A decision has been made email received, but sent to junk folder
January 13, 2014 - Package received at FedEx store for my pick up- they forgot to call me
January 14, 2014 - Discovered missing email and picked up Visa

Yes, me too. I was not expecting any reply from them. I knew it was long shot but I am glad that they have responded. I can now start moving arrangements.

4 February 2014 Decision email received
7 February 2014 Visa in hand

2 Business days to process my non priority visa - quicker than I thought
