Settlement Visa- photocopies?
« on: April 23, 2014, 02:25:31 AM »
Hi,
Am getting paperwork ready and I have a question- do I need to photocopy the entire application package  or just send copies of supporting documents? Do passport photocopies need to be in color?

Hi Elle
Copy anything that you need originals returned to you.
Passport photocopies must be in colour and notarised.

Hi,
I'm sending the actual passports, along with photocopies for them to keep- the copies don't need to be notarized if I send them along with the passports do they?

No they don't! Sorry I was thinking if your spouse or fiancé was including a photocopy of their passport. I sent my passport along with a photocopy but for my spouse, only a notarised photocopy.
