Upakweship experience
« on: September 15, 2014, 06:35:33 PM »
Just thought I'd post and let those considering using Upakweship know how my experience went. Everything was great prettying from start to finish for me. I used terminal to door service for 50 cu ft. I got a $200 discount because I was able to take my things to the charleston terminal as that's where I used to live. Dropped my stuff off there July 1 and got my thing on my doorstep in Cardiff on Aug 30, just a few days after I arrived on August 26. The ship didn't leave the US til July 28 or so and arrived in Southampton on Aug 2. My stuff cleared customs 2 weeks-ish later and I got an email to arrange delivery, which occurred a week and a half after that. All in all good service and I'd recommend it. Everyone was quick in answering emails and letting me know how things were going.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience.  I'm using them for my quickly approaching move, and it's reassuring to hear it went well for you.  :)

I will also add that I had a very similar experience with UPakWeShip.
Good at keeping in touch, answering questions and generally being reliable.
