Are you ready for Form 8965?

So there's a $600 fine for not filing a form to say you are exempt from the health insurance that you couldn't buy even if you wanted to.

Has anyone used TaxAct this year? I'm having a problem completing the health insurance exemption form, 8965. The system lets me complete a form for myself, but it does not give me the option to complete a form for my 2 dependents. So the calculation shows a $372 penalty! Just wondering if I'm missing something or not understanding the form correctly.
