We got landline and Internet from BT back in March, in our new flat. We keep getting calls for a builder nearby that I assumed at first were just wrong numbers. But I looked up our number in Google, and found listings for this builder with our phone number. Not just yellow pages, but several other online services. I eventually called the builder via his correct number, and he said he had our number in the past - but more than four years ago. He says he doesn't pay Yellow Pages or other online services for the listing.
I sent an email to Yellow Pages a month ago, they sent an automated response, but nothing further. The erroneous listings are still there. Does anyone know if there is a way to get this corrected, any regulatory body that I can complain to?
