Accommodation details.. Am I providing enough?

Hello! Is the assured short hold tenancy agreement enough for proof of accommodation? It is signed by both my husband and the landlord. or do I need another piece of information? I've read in previous threads that an actual letter from the landlord stating we are given permission to live there is required too.

It's easier if you only post a question in one topic and not on two different boards in two topics, because otherwise you end up starting two conversations about the same thing and people end up replying twice to the same question.
