You do need a letter from the landlord as well because your name is not on the tenancy agreement.
The tenancy agreement only shows that the landlord has given your husband permission to live in the property and not you as well - and the whole point of the accommodation requirement is that you (the visa applicant) has permission to live in the property too.
If your name was on the tenancy agreement too, you wouldn't need a letter.
So, you need to send:
- the original tenancy agreement signed by your husband and the landlord
- a signed letter from the landlord giving you permission to live in the property with your husband

Dear Entry Clearance Officer I, Alan Hirst, the landlord of (husbands address) hereby give permission for Jane doe, wife of the tenant, Jane doe of the said premises, to live there for the duration of the tenancy, which is a rolling tenancy of 2 months extendable till August 2015.

The "rolling tenancy" will have to be adjusted to whatever ours is.. But this is what I found online ...
