VFS Global shipping labels - paid but not received

Hi Everyone,

I purchased VFS Global courier service for delivery and return of application 7 hours ago. Payment went through fine and I have receipt but no shipping labels have been emailed to me yet.

Is it normal for such a delay? How long did you wait for VFS shipping labels, if you used them?

I haven't done it myself, but reading through the FAQ on the VFS Global website, it says you should have been given the option to print the AWB immediately and also to have it emailed to you:

How does the Courier Service work?

After purchasing Courier Service on our website, our system will generate an Air Way Bill (AWB), for Return or Round-trip service as per your service selection, , and you will be given the option to “Print AWB” and “Email AWB” to your registered email ID.

However, it does also say what you are supposed to do if you do not receive the AWB by email:

I did not receive any PDF file or UPS AWB, even though the payment was processed.

-    Applicant name
-    GWF Number
-    Type of service purchased
-    Date of attempted purchase

We finally got it all sorted and posted off yesterday, so it should reach Sheffield some time on Monday!

Paid for Priority Processing but not sure how long it's currently taking to get decisions as it seems like a lot of people have been upgrading to Priority retrospectively.
