neti pot for sinuses and distilled water
« on: August 08, 2015, 12:10:31 AM »
Hello, I've just arrived for a sabbatical year in Oxford and it's great so far. I'm accustomed to using a neti pot every day for my sinuses. I mix the saline solution with plain salt and distilled water. In the US, I can get a gallon of distilled water very cheap in a grocery or drugstore. Here in Oxford, I have been unable to find distilled water. Does anyone have any suggestions about where to get it?

Thanks very much!

Ruth

I've never found it.  Cooled boiled water does the trick though.

Have you asked at Boots? They might be able to order it in. There's one on Cornmarket in the city centre and another on Cowley Road.
