Selling property back in the UK

Hi all,

I am currently looking to get feedback from UK expats who are considering or have sold a property back in the UK and have had to enquire about or pay Capital Gains Tax

Basically i'm aiming to understand some of the problems that people have come across doing this, so that HMRC can take this feedback to improve the online digital services (easier to use/understand).

I know this is can be a dry subject but I would be greatful if anyone would be open to giving feedback on their experiences with understanding or paying capital gains tax on a property they have back in the uk.
