US or UK address on new US passport (name change)

Hi! I got married to my UKC husband 2 weeks ago. I have changed my name and am about to change it on my passport before we file application for UK spouse visa.

We don't have our permanent home in the UK yet. Should I put a permanent address in the UK or US on my passport? This would be my parents (in the US) or my mother in law (in the UK)

Use the address you want the passport mailed to.  If you are still in the US, use that address.  If you are in the UK, use that address.
