Contacting VFS?
« on: April 08, 2016, 05:52:06 AM »
Has anyone had success in contacting people at VFS? Having trouble, one number keeps you on hold, 2 others I've found aren't in service.

I haven't heard of anyone contacting them before (they are just a middleman for payment).  What is it you need help with?  We might be able to point you in the right direction.

jayd0406 has another thread on the subject here- http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=87490.0

jayd, I had a look myself to see if I could try to help you but I couldn't come up with anything very useful, I'm sorry
Have you tried their email address?
I would also keep trying to see if the system resets itself in some way?

When I googled the company as opposed to the service they provide for UKVI, I came up with a number in India.  https://www.google.co.uk/#q=vfs+global+phone+number&gws_rd=cr

I must have clicked the wrong visa type instead of settlement on the drop down menu because it has my VAC as NYC instead of Sheffield and priority service visa is only $218 and round trip courier as $54. I'm unable to edit my applicant information or delete it or create a new one using the same GWF number (they have a "remove applicant" button on one screen where you can view your applications but it just refreshes the page). I have tried calling about 15 times (as far as I can tell they are in Mumbai, I have called during what should be office hours but they aren't listed anywhere) left a voicemail, emailed. Freaking out :/

I called UKVI and they said give it til Monday morning but I am still anxious about it.

Yes I've emailed them as well at communications@vfsglobal.com and Zubin.Karkaria@vfsglobal.com (the CEO... Only other email I could find when going VFS global contact email)

Update!

Just for further knowledge in case anyone else on here has the same error I did -- VFS application resets after a few days. I was unsuccessful in my attempts to contact VFS but after trying again today I was able to make my payment for priority and return courier services.

SO RELIEVED and thankful for everyone's timely and knowledgable responses.
