Name backwards on email acknowledging my application. Does it matter?

They go on about how things will appear on certificate and how it has to match passport and then this doesn't!

Does it matter?

I mean when they start out by typing MS instead of Ms...

I have my first name, middle initial and then my hyphenated last name. They put the hyphen after my middle initial and got my two last names reversed.

I would try and send them an email about it. They'll need to know your application details, the number that starts GWF I believe.

It is crucial that the details match on your passport and your visa as the visa isn't valid if it's wrong.

When I applied for FLR they messed up my birth year... It delayed my application by about a week as I had to wait for them to send me my new paperwork to take to have my biometrics taken.

Since my letter requesting biometrics had my name incorrect on two pages, I emailed them the correct order by way of the email address that they included in the letter. Whew. Four different ways so far!
