Hi. I live in the US and my boyfriend is in the UK. We have been visiting back and forth for 4 years now. We are talking marriage but he is on DLA. We read that he doesn't need to meet the 18,600 requirement for us to get married. He doesn't have much income besides a little savings. I have savings/bonds and an income. Do you know what the perimeters are for my fiance visa application to be accepted. What documents we would need. And do my savings need to be in bank for 6 months? Also do we have to have appointment at register office?
