I've got a hand crank ice cream machine
« on: May 13, 2016, 04:50:42 PM »

There's tons of them on eBay, America seems to be awash in antique hand crank ice cream machines.  Mine was less than £50 including shipping.  It's easy to get bags of ice and rock salt at Tesco.

Last Sunday I made lemon sorbet which was reasonably healthy, non fat but chock full of sugar.  Previously I've made the lazy recipe with whipping cream and condensed milk and added peanut butter and Reese's cups.  That was a good day!

Reecy cup ice cream!
I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

Fat is healthier than sugar!  Sugar is EVIL!
(I'm deep in the throes of withdrawal from a baaad sugar addiction).
