UK mortgage

Hi,
 I am new to all this and wanted to know if a UK mortgage had to be reported on the FBAR form ?

I never reported mine when I had one.  I think FBAR is for reporting money you control in foreign banks, not loans.  I never report money I owe to UK credit card companies either (or the line of credit I have with a UK credit card).

No, a UK mortgage doesn't need to be reported on an FBAR. Any associated accounts would need to be reported, though.
